Shipping Details
At Flipzone.pk, we strive to ensure that your orders reach you quickly and efficiently, no matter where you are in Pakistan. Below are the detailed shipping guidelines:
Delivery Charges:
- We charge a flat delivery fee of Rs. 195 nationwide for orders weighing up to 1kg.
- Orders above Rs. 3,000 qualify for FREE delivery (up to 4kg). For every additional kilogram, a charge of Rs. 200 per kg will be applied.
Order Dispatch Timings:
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day.
- Orders received after 12:00 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timelines:
- Lahore: Delivery within 1-3 working days.
Shipment Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a shipment tracking link. Use this link to monitor your package’s journey until it arrives at your doorstep.
Important Notes:
- For orders exceeding Rs. 10,000, advance payment is required. Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you with the payment details.
- Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or courier delays.
