Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges:

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original condition: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Include a copy of the invoice with your return.

Important Points to Note:

  • Ensure that the returned product is securely packed (preferably using bubble wrap) to prevent damage during transit. We cannot accept items that are damaged during return shipping.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional events may not qualify for returns or exchanges unless defective.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 working days after we receive the returned product and verify its condition.
  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Steps to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  2. Repack Merchandise: Securely pack the item(s) in their original condition.
  3. Ship to Us:
